CMI installed a total number of 205 helical piles which included 5.5" and 10.75" diameter piles. The new hotel and surrounding retaining wall are supported by piles.

New equipment for this glass factory required new foundations at a depth of 12' below the existing floor. CMI designed and installed the temporary shoring system for the project using helical piles and lagging. No spoils, no vibration, and the lagging can be re-used on the next project.
